What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before July 31, 2021. The Landlord may apply the last month's rent deposit to the month of July 2021. If the Tenant fails to move out by July 31, 2021, the Tenant shall pay the Landlord $54.25 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from August 1, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
