What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant has been late paying rent 10 times out of 14 months.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay rent on time and in full for the next 11 months. If the Tenant fails to do so, the Landlord may apply for an eviction order without further notice. The Tenant is not ordered to pay the Landlord's filing fee.
