What happened

The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenant pays the outstanding $791.00 in three installments by June 1, 2021 and pays the monthly rent in full and on time for April to June 2021. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant, and for the payment of any new arrears.
