What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $9,748.88 by October 30, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by October 30, 2022, and pay $6,259.10 plus $45.23 per day from September 15, 2022, until vacating. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting October 31, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
