What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant for failing to comply with the standard instructions provided by the pest control company for treatment of the unit, as specified in a previous order. The Tenant denied the unit was not prepared for the pest control treatment.
The ruling
The Landlord's application under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 is dismissed. The previous order, TNL-08164-18, issued on June 21, 2021, remains in effect.
