The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2023. The Landlord is granted possession of the rental unit. The Landlord owes the Tenant $3,347.32, which includes the last month's rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Landlord may deduct $62.47 per day from this amount for the Tenant's use of the unit from January 11, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
