What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for personal use.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated, as of June 20, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before June 20, 2021. If the Tenant does not vacate the rental unit on or before June 20, 2021 then starting June 21, 2021 the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
