What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, the Tenant or another occupant committing an illegal act, and the Tenant, another occupant or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex seriously impairing the safety of any person.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 18, 2023. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the Tenant does not vacate, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting February 19, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee.
