What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts. If not paid, the Tenant must move out by March 6, 2023. The Tenant owes $22,488.25 plus $15.75 per day from February 16, 2023, until move-out. The eviction can be enforced starting March 7, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
