The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,435.73 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $51.45 per day starting September 1, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant can void the order by paying $1,560 by August 31, 2020 or $3,125 by September 15, 2020.
