What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on June 18, 2018 with respect to a previous application.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 2, 2022. The Tenant shall vacate the rental unit on or before January 2, 2022. If the Tenant does not vacate by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,890.00 and an additional $15.02 per day for each day the Tenant occupies the unit after November 30, 2021 until the Tenant vacates.
