What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 20, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,865.81, plus $17.29 per day starting November 10, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant pays $1,845 on or before November 20, 2020, the eviction order will be void and the Tenant can remain in the unit.
