The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of March 15, 2021. The Unauthorized Occupant shall pay the Landlord $8,624.88, which represents compensation for the use of the unit from July 30, 2020 to March 15, 2021. The Unauthorized Occupant shall pay the Landlord the full amount owing by January 16, 2022. If the Unauthorized Occupant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing by January 16, 2022, he will owe interest at a rate of 2.00% on the outstanding balance.
