The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2022, based on the agreement signed by both Landlord and Tenant. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction starting April 1, 2022.
