What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to pay the rent owed. Tenant vacated the rental unit on June 23, 2022, but was in possession of the unit when the application was filed. Tenant failed to pay the total rent required from January 2022 to June 23, 2022.

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1782.00, which includes rent arrears up to June 23, 2022, and the cost of the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 21, 2022, they will start to owe interest at 4.00% annually on the outstanding balance from November 22, 2022.
