What happened

The ruling

If not voided, Tenants must move out by October 2, 2022, and pay $24,570.36 plus $92.05 per day from September 13, 2022, until they vacate. The Landlords may file for eviction enforcement starting October 3, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
