What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant was not present at the hearing, but the parties had agreed to a repayment plan prior to the hearing.
The ruling
The Landlord's application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenant pays $150.00 to the Landlord on or before the 15th of each month from January 2022 to December 2024, and $60.00 on or before January 15, 2025. The Tenant must also pay the full monthly rent on or before the first day of each corresponding month from January 2022 to January 2025. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant, and for the payment of any new arrears of rent.
