The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 15, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,107.28 for the damaged window and smoke detector, as well as $26.30 per day for use of the unit from March 26, 2021 until they move out. If the Tenants do not vacate by April 15, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
