What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent and persistent late payment of rent. The application was filed after serving valid Notices to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice) and Persistent Late Payment (N8 Notice).

The ruling

The parties consented to an order where the Tenants must pay $26,889.15 in rent arrears and costs to the Landlords in installments, and continue to pay new rent on time and in full. If the Tenants fail to make any of the payments, the Landlords may apply to the LTB to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants.
