What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant, another occupant, or someone the Tenant permitted causing undue damage to the premises and substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the Landlord and other tenants.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by July 26, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $200 for the cost of repairing the damaged property and $175 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 26, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest starting July 27, 2021.
