The ruling
The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $3,395.60, which includes $3,209.60 for arrears owing up to June 30, 2022 and $186.00 for the application fee, according to a payment schedule. The Tenants shall also pay the full rent on or before the first of each month from July 2022 to March 2023 or until all arrears are paid, whichever is sooner. If the Tenants do not make the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
