What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy of the Tenant and evict the Unauthorized Occupants. The Landlord's previous application was dismissed, and the Landlord requested a review of that order.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of October 22, 2016. The Unauthorized Occupants shall move out of the rental unit on or before January 31, 2017. If the unit is not vacated by January 31, 2017, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
