What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to pay rent arrears. Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord failed to meet maintenance obligations or comply with health, safety, housing or maintenance standards.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,789.79 for arrears and costs. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 27, 2015, the Tenant will start to owe interest. The Tenant's application is dismissed.
