The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 31, 2018. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $5,650.09 plus $51.02 per day starting September 20, 2018 until they vacate, and $190 for the application fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 30, 2018, they will owe interest. If the unit is not vacated by October 31, 2018, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
