What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to allegations of illegal drug activity and possession of a firearm in the rental unit.

The ruling

The Tenant shall not allow her nephew into the rental unit or residential complex, shall not commit any illegal acts, and shall cooperate with the Landlord's efforts to secure the rental unit. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
