What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the parties reached an agreement at a previous hearing, where the Tenants agreed to pay rent arrears and continue paying rent. However, the Tenants stopped paying rent in August 2021 and now owe the Landlord $13,480.

The motion to set aside the previous order is denied. The stay of the previous order is lifted immediately.
