What happened

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $2,012.89, which includes rent arrears up to September 30, 2022, the cost of the application, and unpaid NSF charges. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 4, 2022, they will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
