The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before December 6, 2021. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $8,615.32 for compensation for the use of the unit from May 7, 2021 to November 25, 2021, and $42.44 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from November 26, 2021 to the date they move out of the unit. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application.
