What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was resolved by order SOL-11938-20 issued on November 5, 2020. The Landlord then filed a request to review the order.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $1,135.88, which represents the amount of rent owing to April 8, 2020, and $175.00 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by February 27, 2021, they will start to owe simple interest calculated at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
