The Tenant must pay $1,228.03 for rent arrears and compensation up to February 10, 2022, plus $23.80 per day from February 11, 2022, until move-out, and $186.00 for application filing costs. If not paid by February 28, 2022, interest will accrue at 2.00% annually from March 1, 2022.
