What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for the Landlord's son, Michael Spadafora.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the Tenant does not vacate by June 30, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
