The ruling

The tenancy shall continue. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $2,063.38 for the reasonable cost of repairing the damaged property and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application, for a total of $2,264.38. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 26, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 3.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
