What happened

The ruling

The tenant must pay $9,102.40 to the landlord, which includes rent arrears up to September 18, 2020 and the cost of filing the application, minus the $10,000 the tenant paid. The tenant must also pay $82.19 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting September 19, 2020 until the tenant moves out.
