What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. Tenant sought adjournment, which was denied. The ruling

The Tenant must pay $10,686.00 by February 28, 2023, or $11,436.00 by March 31, 2023, to void the eviction order. If the tenancy is terminated, the Tenant must pay $8,485.32 plus $24.66 per day from February 3, 2023, until move-out.
