What happened

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $4,489.73, which includes $4,299.73 in rent arrears and $190 in application fees. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 21, 2020, they will owe interest at 2.0% annually on the outstanding balance starting September 22, 2020.
