The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of August 13, 2020, the date the Tenant gave vacant possession of the rental unit to the Landlord. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $175.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 28, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
