What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord also claimed charges related to NSF cheques.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $69.30 representing the remaining portion of the costs for filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before February 27, 2023, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
