What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord also claimed charges related to NSF cheques. The Tenant did not void the N4 Notice by paying the arrears.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts. The Tenant must pay $9,437.74 to the Landlord if the order is not voided. The Tenant may void the order by paying $12,267.90 by September 30, 2022, or $13,645.45 by October 30, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by October 30, 2022.
