The Tenants were ordered to provide their preferred address for service of documents and a written description of the issues they intend to raise under section 82(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006. The parties were also ordered to exchange evidence by set deadlines, with a warning that failure to comply may result in the evidence being refused.
