What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the rent on or before the first business day of each month for 12 consecutive months starting March 1, 2021. If the Tenant fails to make the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord's application filing fee of $190 by March 19, 2021, with interest accruing if not paid.
