The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 18, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $7,813.75 by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay $5,024.48 for rent arrears and compensation, plus $50.16 per day from February 8, 2022, until move-out, and $186.00 for application costs. If not paid, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 19, 2022.
