What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy of Robert Cain (the 'Tenant'), and to evict the Tenant and Diane Stewart and James Stewart (the 'Unauthorized Occupants') who are occupying the rental unit. The Landlord applied for an order for compensation for the use of the rental unit.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated as of November 30, 2021. The Unauthorized Occupants shall move out of the rental unit on or before November 30, 2021 and pay the Landlord $7,377.90 in compensation for use of the unit from March 11, 2021 to November 18, 2021, plus an additional $29.16 per day from November 19, 2021 until they vacate. The Unauthorized Occupants shall also pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application.
