The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 11, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by January 22, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $753.89 in remaining rent arrears and compensation for use of the unit after January 12, 2022. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 22, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
