What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's disruptive behavior, including screaming, using foul language, and smoking marijuana, which substantially interfered with the Landlords' reasonable enjoyment of the building.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 6, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $4,274.93, which includes daily compensation, NSF cheque charges, and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 30, 2022, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
