The tenancy is terminated effective September 30, 2021. The Landlord must pay the Tenant $834.76 in compensation, which includes the rent deposit and interest. The Landlord may offset amounts owed for use of the unit after September 30, 2021 and the application filing fee. If the unit is not vacated by September 30, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
