The ruling

The parties consented to an order where the Tenant shall pay $14,424.84 in rent arrears and filing fee in installments by July 15, 2024. The Tenant shall also pay new rent on time and in full until the arrears are paid. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the landlord may apply for eviction.
