What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to illegal acts, persistent late payment of rent, non-payment of rent, and unauthorized occupant. If the Tenant voids the order, the tenancy will continue if the Tenant meets certain conditions. The Tenant must pay $9,941.78 to the Landlord if the order is not voided.
