What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, and because the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has seriously impaired the safety of any person.
The ruling
The Tenant shall not seriously impair the safety of other persons at the residential complex by having an excessive number of extension cords or tampering with the fire alarm. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $175 for the cost of filing the application.
