What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant wilfully causing undue damage to the residential complex, substantially interfering with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment, and seriously impairing the safety of any person.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 26, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $1,061.62 in compensation. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 26, 2021, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by November 26, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
