The Tenants shall pay the amount owing, and new rent that comes due, on the following schedule: February 28, 2021 - $2,000.00, March 31, 2021 - $2,000.00, and starting in April 2021 - Rent + $300.00 on the first day of each month until the full balance has been paid. If the Tenants fail to make a payment, the Landlord may, within 30 days and without notice to the Tenants, apply under section 78 of the RTA for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
